        They had about six people working behind the counter and their espresso machine has three portafilters. Despite this, I had to wait 20 minutes to get my latte because only one of the six people was actually making espresso and steaming milk. The other five were... I'm not really sure. Doing other things, I guess. One of them was just working the register, but there wasn't a constant stream of orders or anything, so a lot of the time they were just standing there. The other people were probably doing things that needed to be done at some point, but probably not at that exact moment when there were like 15 people waiting for drinks. Poorly managed.
