      image I asked for my Matcha latte to be done with no ice. I dont like ice for sanitary reasons , If I dont know where your ice comes from, I dont want it. When I got to the register to pay, A lady with severe cystic acne Handed me my drink with ice, and I just said aw They put ice in there And with the sassiest attitude possible, she snapped back at me and said that the drink needs ice getting it without ice isnt an option, and that it ruins the drink to not have ice. Are you kidding me? Do you think I dont get the same drink without ice almost every week? Come on. Please hire better Barista. Ill be taking my business to another Starbucks
