Attending a Bat-Mitzvah - I discovered "Hannah's Kitchen" catering the luncheon and this was a delight. Of course feeling the hunger after a few hours ceremony at shul - we all piled over starving masses with intentions to plow thru any nourishment and this is what we found: Hannah's Kitchen had prepared a buffet for the congregation with amplitude of bagels, salad, quiche, mac/cheese, dessert, drink refreshments. But this was not just the ordinary effort, the food was perfectly fresh presented both with color in prime and the appropriate texture / temperature. Just thinking of the disposition with our family unit young children and elderly parents, both could find what had easily satisfied with entrees of favorite perfect Wisconsin cheesy pasta and hearty egg quiche meals. For me my mission was simpler just leave without feeling hungry I had helped myself to most with a secondary helping of most. Bonus afterwards, with some dessert leftovers - they wrapped up a few savory cookies and brownies for anyone who asked. The staff was friendly and attentive - and I even got to meet Hannah who clearly takes great pride in this vibrant operation. In fact it was fun in brief conversation to learn how much attention to detail she had in aspects unrelated to our meal, and it is clear how thoughtful she is and you'd be lucky to find Hannah's Kitchen for your next catered meal.
