The communication was very easy before the event and the day of. The dinner and service was outstanding, they were extremely professional and we loved learning about what we were eating. Zach and team fabulously catered our 40th wedding anniversary dinner party with just 2 weeks notice. Thanks for stepping up, Zach! Each and every request came through with flying colors. Where do I begin?! If you're looking for amazing food, a unique experience or just a fun time - you need to hire Zach & Bartlett Catering! I have used Zach twice now where he has curated and made from scratch a 10 course menu for my mother's retirement party and a 6 course menu for my book club gals - which the food was quite honestly, out of this world. Not to mention the wine he paired with it all - so good! He really has a great passion for food (and it shows). Already thinking about when I can plan my next event!

Recently I had the very good fortune to be invited to a dinner that was catered by Bartlett Catering. I would like to re-define the word dinner and change that to culinary "experience". Chef Zach created an "experience" that was so professional and incredibly delicious. Absolutely everything from the tablescape, to the 6 courses of food, to the wine pairings, to the chef explanations went into creating this culinary "experience". Chef Zach has a passion for creativity which certainly shows in each dish he cooks, serves and explains. We had 9 people at our dinner and it was definitely a highlight of my holidays. I can say with confidence that Chef Zach could create a culinary "experience" for any event ranging from a small dinner party to a large company party. Expect to be impressed with Bartlett Catering!
