Lamers Bus Lines – Milwaukee

Our bus driver hit someone on the highway and then proceeded to stop for over an hour and didnt inform any of the passengers until someone came up and asked him. He was on the phone for the entire hour and never called us a new bus. So we sat there with no information and all irritated because they wouldnt tell us what was going on.

Terrible experience. Really jerky start and stop ride. I was sick by the end of a ten minute ride. Rude driver. Given a choice would book elsewhere.

HACM use this company for it's residents and their outings . It's easy to reserve the buses , but hard to get needed information or a call back . Being elderly is really trying, because they want things done on computer and many elderly people are computer illiterate . 12 / 9 / 2023 : Super disappointed ! Rude driver . We had a resident passenger with a walker , he didn't try to assist her . We also had an 83 year old lady struggling to get her mobile cart on the bus , and again he wouldn't help . When returning from our outing , he parked by steps and the lady with the walker had to walk half a block to get on the bus . If this is the treatment we get I will go to another company .
