As an entrepreneur, you win some, and you lose some. Some losses are harder than others. I couldn’t pay my credit card debt, and I found myself being served by a debt collector for the amount I owe. I called one lawyer who adamantly suggested a chapter 11 because American Express would NOT negotiate once they served. I almost took their advice and cancelled my next consultation call.
