This branch has as very poor service. The manager Raymond is a scam. He makes people to pay penalty if you close the account within a year of opening. And he will say "chase bank " too. What does it have anything to do with chase? You leave chase alone Ray!

Do not use ATM at this location. It doesnt dispense cash and the bank will tell you that the machine is operated through a 3rd party. This was not a pleasant experience as a North Shore customer. Two stars in generous.

Terrible experience. Tried to activate a debit card (simple right?). Called the number on the sticker on the front of it, but it would not let me activate it using their automated service. Spoke to a rep who said they cannot do it either for some reason and told me to call the number on the back of the card. Did this and got the card activated finally, but I had to setup a pin. Upon calling back to setup pin (what the rep recommended), the automated service said I had to go to a physical branch location to do this...so I did. I went into my local branch and counter person sent me to one of the office reps who tried calling the number on the back....just like I already tried. Waited 15-20 minutes on the phone and their customer service never answered, even though the automated message said there are ZERO customers ahead of you. I had to leave and still did not get my debit card activated after all of this. Will be closing my account and switching banks after this fiasco lolol.
