        Making an appointment or scheduling a call for this place is a mess. You may or may not have it fulfilled, which is frustrating for anyone who works full time and cannot make bank hours. I've had one positive encounter with Claudia, one of the managers. However, I recommend a bank who works past 5pm or actually fulfills scheduled phone calls.

        Worst customer service ever. I can never get a straight answer for anything. We have been experiencing a lot of fraudulent charges on our accounts and never get a straight answer as to why it's happening.
