        Ive been a resident since fall of 2022 & I have enjoyed my time here so far. My unit is really modern and cozy. It was very clean when we moved in and the appliances work well. My neighbors are quiet and management is easy to contact. My only beef is the lack of storage within the apartments. Theres very limited storage space within the unit & no additional storage on site either. Also, snow removal this last year wasnt super efficient but still gets done.

        inside the apartment is nice, that is about it. winter parking is HORRIBLE. garbage trucks in the morning are crazy loud it echos throughout the building. Management lacks customer service. lived here for about a year. I wanted to love it, but I did not have a great experience living here at all.
