Management is rude and unresponsive. Heating is free but hardly ever works when you need it and seemingly can't be controlled so why even bother. Maintenance takes months to respond to request online and doesn't call when they're coming. Fire alarm goes off just using the oven normally with no smoke, but probably it goes off because underneath the oven if you lift it up is pure black and disgusting. (They never said anything about it, obviously hiding it) They come into your apartment without asking on any BS excuse and don't even leave a note letting you know. They will definitely steal your deposit back if they are given the slightest chance. The only reason someone would want to move here is because it's hard to find any other remotely affordable place in downtown Milwaukee. Please avoid this agency if you can, super crummy!
