Cambridge North 2075 Apartments

Update: this review wasnt because of my security deposit, it was due to poor management and living in an unsafe area. Proof from the comment below being extremely petty.

Management seems to have issues with African American tenants. I found an afro comb outside of my door a while ago. I've been living here for almost 4 years and I absolutely feel singled out for obvious reasons. I wouldn't recommend this gentrified location to any person of color that has pride, a voice or a complaint about another person in the building. I was actually "told" by management that I am NOT to go to any tenants door. My concerns will NOT be addressed and told to stop sending emails. So, socializing, complaints and getting to know who your neighbors to discuss situations, is completely frowned upon and FORBIDDEN...if you're BLACK. There's also mold in my apartment. I cleaned it up before I move in August...it was black mold.

2075 North Cambridge is an excellent building. Very clean and well run. When I moved in two years ago, the landlord was there to greet me with a welcome package as well as show me the logistics of the property (key fobs, etc). Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to live on the east side.

Cambridge North has been a great place to live - the units are modern and management is super responsive and proactive. Having in-unit laundry is so convenient and the location is great. Would definitely recommend living here!

I love my apartment! Been living here about 2 years. Its very spacious for a studio and everything is new. The building is quiet - I literally have never heard my neighbors. Definitely recommend!
