Hello Amy!We thank you for your feedback about our community.Our team strives to always provide a positive experience for all residents and guests at The Lydell, and we try our hardest to improve through the feedback we receive.Unfortunately, some of the issues require time to solve, and we cannot provide immediate answers or results. Still, our team ensures residents and guests feel comfortable and we are addressing all issues in a timely and efficient manner. We have been made aware of the issues you mentioned but with being a community that is pet-friendly, these issues can arise. However, we do ensure when situations like this come up, we have staff on hand to clean up any accidents caused by furry family members. Sometimes there may be a delay if it is a weekend or late hours but when on site, once made aware it is our top priority. As for responding to emails, we do keep track of our emails, and upon a search in our system, I do not see any emails specifically from you as your name does not come up as a tenant of record. To also provide clarification, The Lydell also has a Luxor System in which packages are received for all residents in Building 1. We have also installed Amazon Key in all buildings for Amazon to deliver packages and we are constantly on the phone with them because we are having issues with the delivery drivers delivering packages. Unfortunately, we cannot control what the delivery drivers do, but we do have the service in place for proper delivery.
