        New management is very kind, and they are definitely focusing on making improvements to the apartments. Our unit is very spacious for the price, and it was given to us in good condition. The manager will give you real expectations before moving in, and the location is great to go pretty much everywhere.

        Our apartment was mostly in good condition. We faced a couple of issues with it, but management was pretty reasonable and offered us a solution. They are very kind and professional whenever we go to talk to them to the office. They are working on making improvements, so if you want to move in, it is important you are patient. The price is very affordable compared to most apartments around the city. Not everything is perfect, but new management is actively working on making it better.
