    Update: 10/15/23 They resolved all issues I had and issued my security deposit back. They are making an effort and I appreciate the perseverance of the team to serve well. Initial Move-in: From a Google search to signing my lease and moving in Harbor Pointe and Team have made life better. My experience started with calling and speaking with Marissa on a Friday night helping me find the information I needed online. I was lucky enough to meet Marissa in person on Saturday when I came in. She was as kind in person as she was on the phone. That's when the whole team got involved welcoming me to Harbor Pointe including Karen who was willing to help even though she was visibly working to serve the Harbor Pointe community. I appreciate her effort and willingness to help everyone. I was given an amazing tour and truly given concierge service, I felt like a VIP, as we toured the facilities and my hopeful home. Why? It was because of the comprehensive, inclusive, and genuinely bright Brianna!!! This all star really made sure that I could be successful in the process and helped me manage a few hurdles along the way. I was able to complete the leasing paperwork process almost completely online, and still felt like I could call Brianna for any questions. A week later I have keys, a thorough welcome and review of all the details that matter. Moreso I feel like I have a welcoming and accepting community in Harbor Pointe and the team keeping things smooth. Thank you to Marissa, Karen, and the incomparable Brianna. Update 11/16/22 I had an issue with my mailbox and was going to put in a work order...when Dennis in Maintenance demonstrated the same level of service as the office. Above and beyond what I needed. He was willing and able to help me on the spot and resolved my issue with a smile and great attitude. Thank you!
