The Easton Apartments

I wanted to share my positive experience living in this building for the past two years. The new construction of the building is impressive, and the units are modern and well-maintained with great amenities like tall windows, balconies, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers. The neighbors are friendly, and the new management team, Angel and Cayla, have been exceptional. They are always pleasant and helpful. The maintenance team works diligently if something needs to be fixed. While there are some minor improvement areas, it's mostly due to careless residents. The location is unbeatable, with Brady Street only a short walk away and Lake Michigan just a few blocks away. If you're looking for a nice area with plenty to do, this is the place to be. Lets not forget to mention the building has underground temperature control parking. This was the selling point for me.

I lived here for almost 2 years and I wish I wasnt leaving! The staff is amazing and gets everything done asap. The building itself is high end and the location is perfect for anyone looking to stay young on Brady Street. Everything in the apartments is updated and great quality. If youre looking for the perfect apartment in Milwaukee, this is it!

Definitely the place to live! The building is new, has great amenities, and the staff are on top of everything. Highly recommend!

My wife and I moved in here near end of January and from day one the management and team have been welcoming and kind to us! We have enjoyed living here the past 6 months and plan on renewing our lease next year. Its nicely kept up, beautiful apartments, convenient for downtown activities and a place we love to call home. We highly recommend you joining our Easton community!
