From start to finish my experience with Nimmer was pleasant. I felt like Marie really understood my problem and connected me with Blake who she felt would be the best person for the job. I found Blake to be very honest with me about my furnace. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. What I really liked was there was never any pressure to purchase anything. I asked him about a membership plan!!!! When I scheduled my repair with Beth it was easy and convenient. After one scam company and a second opinion I am so glad that I got this third opinion from Nimmer!

The tech guy was great . I needed a new furnace after 24 years ! Thier price was the highest for a new furnace . I would recommend for fixing a furnace.but not a new install..

We got great service from Beth on the phone, and from Joe Derose, the technician, at our house. We are happy that Nimmer is our HVAC maintenance provider.

I talked with Melinda about my remodeling project and how I wanted to update a few things; she was very helpful in taking down my information and questions in order to set me up with the right service appointment. Beth then got back to me and worked it out to get a technician out as soon as possible. Joe came out, gave me advice and suggestions and replaced my old thermostat. He was patient in answering all of my questions and did a great job! The staff at Nimmer Heating & Air Conditioning have awesome communication with each other and their clients.
