Generous portions, authentic homemade Chinese food. Definitely way better than typical "American Chinese" restaurants where everything tastes the same and you feel terrible afterwards. Very nice owners. Only downside is the prices are definitely at a premium. Expect to pay above $20/person after tip (most dishes are $17 - $19)
Dietary restrictions: Their breaded chicken options are all gluten free (other than some with soy sauce in the sauce). The breading is made with water chestnut flour rather than glutenous flour.

Food is always fresh and delicious! It is a bit pricey but you get a lot of food, so its worth it.

I stopped at Taigu for the first time this week during my lunch with a few coworkers after hearing it recommended by several people in my office. All staff that we interacted with were polite and offered suggestions on what to order. The food came out quickly and the servings were large and each had its own flare. I would highly encourage anyone in the Middleton area to try it.
