        it doesn't get any better than this place. Wonderful instruction, with high standards and loving hearts, one could not help but become a better person after spending any time with Mr. MBow and his team. Integrity, honor are the standard with no shame. You can not go wrong going working with these wonderful people.

        Our kids love their lessons, here, and have grown so much already in just four months. The staff are caring and top-notch, and the facility is always sparkling clean. Definitely recommend them if your kids are looking for something that will grow their physical and mental strength.

        Silver Lining Taekwondo was the very best decision we made for our son, then in second grade, now a Junior in high school and a Blackbelt! Mr. Mbow and his staff are well trained and are excellent teachers who helped my son grow physically and emotionally!! He took the lessons and the examples they set off the mat and applied them in his school, work and family life! Silver Lining is the BEST!!! They made us feel like family!
