        With two, back to back snow storms, it was time to upgrade my snowblower. I was greeted immediately, and a salesperson contacted me in less than a minute. I didn't need new, but I did want something larger. The salesperson showed me a selection of used without attempting to push something else. I picked out what I wanted, and the sale procedure was quick and seamless. He patiently showed me how to operate it, then helped load it in my vehicle. Great experience.

        Ive called their service center two or three times over the years. Each time the person that answered the phone has been disinterested and rude on the phone. Its like its an inconvenience for them to deal with you. I havent had any major problems to present them with, and Im certainly not rude to them So I dont know what the issue is. Ive spoken with the parts department directly a couple of times and its much different. The people Ive spoken with there are extremely friendly and helpful.
