        Icare is subsidize by Humana my mom has bad service with the long partnership programs they are rud dont return my calls back or emails. Zero Star 0. They dont resolve issues the only issues is to have their Member's dying. I had a problem with this subcontractor KPI inc. they seem like buddies together along receiving email from KPI inc. Amelia Wesley was apart from KPI inc. also Remember clients has rights first before They can eat their lunches last put it that way client is like a king to them to serve them a good repetition of the company but Zero star.
