Have been a customer here since 2003-with the exception of one car.
Just picked up my 2018 pre-certified vehicle with warrantied work(kind of an all day affair). SMALL charge for that. Lower cost than expected for the warrantied work and 80k service combined.
Manager and assistant manager at the weekend-staffed Zimbrick checked me out post-snow/early closure day. They scraped my windows, heated the car, and gave me a warm place to be while they did this work in sub-zero weather.
Will never buy a vehicle elsewhere.

It felt I was inconveniencing the staff often times, or that I wasn't as valuable because I was buying a traded in pre-owned car versus a Volvo or Range Rover. Then the finance person misplaced $500 of our down payment and I had to go back in to have the finance paperwork re-done. And all I got was a "sorry about that". Had I not caught the error, who knows if they would have caught and corrected it. At the end of the day, it really wasn't a very exceptional experience. I wouldn't return there intentionally.

I cannot say enough good things about the Service Team at VW Middleton. I brought my car in for 20K service, tires, alignment, and other various warranty items. Nate kept me in the loop the whole time and always got back to me with any questions I had. In passing I was greeted by Stuart by first name. The fact that the Service Manager (Stuart) remembers me by first name goes a long ways these days when customer service is long forgotten. I was able to chat with the Technician that was servicing my vehicle (JJ) to explain some of the symptoms I was experiencing. He understood what I was trying to convey and made the repairs necessary and took great care of my vehicle while in the shop. After picking up my vehicle. A few days later I had another engine issue. Nate got me in immediately even though they were scheduled out to the end of the month and he worked me in. Nate called stating that JJ had diagnosed the problem and they got the part on order. The next day they completed the work and I came in to pick up the car and again the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by Alex, my salesman, who also has been an enormous help even after the sale. JJ had noticed me and came up and told me what the issues were and that they got me all fixed up. These guys are a class act! Stuart, Nate, Alex, and JJ go above and beyond. I highly recommend Zimbrick Volkswagon Middleton for any VW repair. Thanks again for all you guys do!
