        Just moved in- LOVE the place! Relocated from out of state and Nick from the leasing office made my move so easy and comfortable. I have a small dog and can already tell how dog friendly the environment is, not to mention clean! 10/10 recommend if you're looking for an affordable place to live near Madison.

        Im moving into my Second apartment at Brown Ridge Terrace! The first one is great. I just needed more space. I looked to the amazing staff to help me find a different home!! They did. A huge THANK YOU to Ashley,Payton, Devon, Sami, Jakurr and the rest of the team! My place was clean, and painted beautifully, ready for me to move in. This place is a home, a community full of wonderful people. If your looking for a place to live, look no further.

        I would highly recommend living here! The staff is super nice and accommodating. If I ever needed something fixed they were very prompt. The area is great and they do an awesome job at keeping the building clean. I never had any issues with noise at all. I loved living here! :)
