Excellent eggs. The yolks are the nice yellow color and there is a great flavor.
It's hard to find this quality. It's nice when making scrambled eggs that they look yellow compared to a bland yellow color. The eggs are ungraded so they tend to be on the large size - super. The eggs in the container are slightly different sizes, but heck who cares as all large and larger.
The flavor is very good. I have purchased from other small farms directly but the flavor just isn't there. This was such a grand find! Not sure what there secret is to getting that flavor.
I like they are cage free and hope it means able to roam chicken eggs.
I like the fact they reuse egg cartons, appeals to my sense of environmentally friendly - Reuse.
