My experience today may have me looking for a new dentist! I had a 7:30 am appointment and was scolded for being late by one minute. The dentist told me she was in a hurry and was already behind when I tried to express my personal dental needs. The dentist was also rude to her assistant and then told me about their staffing issues. I left in tears.

I have just recently become a new client at this dental office and I would love to tell you about how great this place is. These are some of the most kind and friendly women I've ever come across in the dental world. My dental hygienist Kim is amazing and had made both experiences great due to her wonderful conversation and and care and concern while messing around in my mouth. Highly recommend this dental office and look forward to being a member here for many years to come.

Although she did a wonderful job, fixing my teeth in the front she was very rude to me. I had low blood sugar and she scolded me for being late when I was on time and didnt say sorry. I paid her a lot of money to fix my teeth, so at least she couldve been more nice. She kind of treated me like I was trash.
