        A teller deposited money in a wrong account and took days to straighten out. They dont verify account or ID before making deposits. Kasasa is a joke! You dont get money they promise. Staff is not helpful and unprofessional.

        PSB does a nice job. Their pleasant tellers always recognize, do their best to handle transactions quickly and smoothly and with a smile. Weve been customers for 16 years. Weve used loan services, have multiple accounts, and have never had an issue.
