I was passed around four different times. One was really good but she left the company. The last one was good, responsive, and got me through closing. Before the last rep communication was terrible, I was unable to get a response to texts, emails, or calls. The third representative finally called me to tell me she was leaving for a new job. She didnt call to apologize or hand me to a new rep, she called to convince me to follow her and start a new loan with her at her new job, very unprofessional, and it was within 30days of my closing. Terrible experience, I will not be using Prosperity again.
