        We stopped at this firehouse on our way to an event. I have a gluten sensitivity and I appreciate the care they took to avoid contamination as much as possible, and the lady who took our order did specify the only garauntee of gf was a glove change which is good enough for my personal sensitivity level. My sub was phenomenal and I did not get sick! We will visit here again. Also enjoyed looking at the patches and the recognition they give firefighters!

        The Engineer is fire-house! Love the food. Reminds me of Steak Escape at the mall about 20 years ago. Good times. Good times. Not sure what it is but, the dinning area is mid. Too bright or something. Its clean though.
