Best brats in Milwaukee. They came out with a few new ones. The Gorgonzola one is . Funny though. I asked a guy at the meat counter on April 7th about if they had any left in back because their freezer display was out of them and his response was "Huh?" I informed him that they have new brats. And he's like "oh ok."

This little market is located in a perfect spot for people commuting between the north side of Milwaukee and the west areas like Sussex Erin and more.
Located right on the intersection, it's a easy visit.
Meats, grocery items and other necessities are here for the commuter without detouring into the heart of the crowded village.

Had a craving for real beef Jerky, it was kind of late for a butcher ship and they were all closed except Karl's. Drove 26 miles round trip for some national champion Jerky and I was not disappointed at all. I will be back!
Prices were good, good selection, and it was clean. It looked closed even though it was open. Employees must park in the back or out of sight.

First of all, staff and service are first rate. My problem is with Weisswurst and Bockwurst. Bought each of them twice last summer and they were inedible. God awful. Packed with ton of salt. This Christmas I mentioned it a young lady at checkout, and she said she will mention it to owner. Few weeks ago I bought them again, and today we baked them. Apparently either she forgot to mention it to the owner, or they disregarded it, since they were just as awful salty and inedible as before. We bought Stiglmeier Weisswurst, and they were very tasty and correctly salted. Karls can cut salt by half and they would still be too salty. Dont know if Karls eat their Weisswurst and think they are fine, or I bought bad batch three times. All I know is that Karls white sausage is 100% saltier than Stiglmeiers, and thats being generous.
