My husband's stroke in January sent us searching for a bath solution. We are so pleased we found The Bath Authority. From Jason Key's presentation to the the installation by Danny S we received friendly, knowledgeable information. Mr. Key worked patiently with us until we had all the grab bars we needed and other special accommodations. Waiting for the shower to be built was the hardest part. Danny S. and Andrew did an outstanding job installing the shower. They even vacuumed my hallway floor after they picked up the tarps they had been walking on. We could not be more pleased with the service we received and out new shower.

I'm very happy with the product and the work of the installer, Danny S. The aspect of the project that I was not happy with was the fact that no one informed me that the installer had run into traffic problems and was going to be late. I don't fault the installer for this. However, if The Bath Authority had a better system whereby the installer could text the home owner his ETA, that would have made it much more convenient for me so I didn't have to wait around. As it was, I had to contact the company twice and get transferred from one department to another before I finally found out what the situation was. Finally, the installer was given my phone number and once he and I were able to communicate, everything went smoothly.

I wanted to upgrade both of my showers a long time ago, but never took any action. One day, I received an advertisement from The Bath Authority and decided to get a free estimate. Brandon St. Antoine was the salesman who came to my house. He was incredibly knowledgeable; it only took us a few hours for me to decide exactly what I wanted. The most important thing is that I never felt pressured to purchase. Just a day ago, two wonderful installers, Danny S. and Andrew, came by to start the hard labor. It was amazing how gracefully they worked together. There was a lot to do and plumbing was not friendly towards us. Regardless of the challenges, they finished two showers in two days. The end result is beautiful and none of this would be possible without these two wonderful gentlemen.

Danny S. and Tyler did our install and were very polite, knowledgeable, considerate and kept us involved in the installation process. They were a little late and apologized profusely for the delay but we did have extreme fog. They put down drop cloths and cleaned up everything afterwards. Our new shower/tub is beautiful.
