image Would not recommend due to the poor service and unprofessionalism of management. Management does not care about the renters and they make every step of the process difficult when needing assistance, especially with plans for moving in and out. The buildings are built cheap and heat would go upstairs and feel like 80+ deg while the downstairs was 60deg. You can hear your neighbors talk through the walls. They raise the rent price $150 each year. They don't hold neighbors accountable for dog poop.

image Do whatever you can to avoid renting from this company. They do not care about their tenants at all. When I moved into my apartment my washing machine was not working correctly. They sent a repair man to come look at it who didnt even resolve the problem, and then I got a bill from Lexington for $90 for the misuse of an appliance. Long story short the washing machine was never fixed. Apartment was cheaply built and overpriced.

image I wish I could give negative stars and had time to write everything terrible about this company, but I'll keep it short. Overpriced, cheaply made apartments, moved in and the air didn't work and a toilet seat was completely off to one side. Management is impossible to get ahold of and takes days to reply. The Property Manager in particular is impossible to get into contact with, never answers his phone, emails, are responds to a voicemail.
In Short:
They don't care about their tenants at all and thier communication is non-existent, they are just out to gouge people for money. When we told them of our issues we were just told that if you don't like you can move out then, so we did.
Worst experience of my life, the unprofessional is appalling.

image DO NOT RENT. Moved into a brand new building at bridgewater and lived there for two years. After moving out and leaving our unit spotless we got charged for replacing all the carpet on the steps due to one step having a little tare on the edge. Also charged for two broken windows that they said was caused due to the window tinting we put on which we were told by tri city glass would not cause the windows to crack. My niece also had a cracked window In her unit (same type as ours) that they replaced for free due to the building setteling. If you have dogs be prepared to have to pay for damages to the lawn due to them going outside to the bathroom even though they are pet friendly. They charged us $1400 to lay sod in an area that could have been easily repaired with seed and hay. We lived there for 9 months before even having a lawn and they didnt even lay sod to begin with. It was seed and hay. Just be prepared to not receive your security deposit back if living here and having to pay even more.

image Terrible Management company. Moved into Asterion back in 21. Company is the definition of predatory and scummy. Managers tell you one thing, then refuse to email you back when the exact opposite happens. Example, was told at my preliminary move out inspection that the only thing that I had to remedy was a burnt out microwave lightbulb. Turns out, every light was an issue, three days of cleaning wasnt enough, damage on the yard due to poor water drainage (and no gutter over the balcony) somehow my dogs fault, and more became an issue. Even the girl who came for my move out inspection said she wasnt going to do it because we had two boxes left in the hall, but from what she saw we were good. If I could give negative stars I would. STAY FAR AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.
