The lady answering the phone seems to think she's doing the customer a favor by answering basic questions. Seriously she sighed when I asked how much a yard of wood chips cost. I then ordered six yards, and proceeded to try and tell her where to deliver the load to. Omg talk about condescending and sarcastic! Finally she kept interrupting me to the point where I finally said, "I'm trying to explain this to you but everytime I do, you're interrupting me." After all that was done and she took my credit card number, she proceeded to tell me it wouldn't be delivered for a week to a week and a half. When I asked when, she said she'd have to get back to me. Apparently they don't use a scheduling calendar like every other small business on the planet! Anyway I told her to cancel my order. I called Olivia at Lulich landscaping, I'm not going to lie it cost a little more but well worth it after being treated like a human and guess what my load of wood chips will be delivered today or tomorrow. News flash, wood chips are fairly common in Wisconsin, if you want to be a negative that's cool I have no problem taking my business where it is appreciated.

Heather that works at the office is extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. Spoke to the owner a week prior to schedule a dumpster - very nice and friendly. Called this week to confirm my order and was greeted with snotty remarks and very immature comments. Ended up canceling and taking my business else where.
