        Havent been in 2 years due to them telling me they couldnt make me an appointment (emergency only) even though I had a cavity. Went in today for new x-rays so I could get the cavity filled and they said they couldnt make me an appointment to fill it because theyre still doing emergency only. So whats the point of me coming in today? Why would they even make this first appointment if they cant follow up? Definitely going to a new dentist this place sucks!

        CAUTION!!! You may be told that services will be covered and and you will have no out-of-pocket expenses. Then you may be billed. Then you may be told that there were billing errors and they will soon be corrected. Then you may find that your account has been turned over to a private collection agency and months later billings errors are still unresolved. Much is promised by the FHC billing department but the issue may not get resolved.

        I have to agree that it is a nice program. However, it would be nice if they would adjust the income levels a little higher. Once you make too much income, you are automatically off the insurance.
