Liysa, you rocked it! We are enjoying our first Christmas in the home we dreamed about for YEARS! I'd like to think I was a pleasant house shopper for Liysa to parade around, but once it came time to sell my own home, YIKES! I can't pretend I was easy to work with. Liysa answered the phone every time, listened to my unreasonable what-if concerns, answered and re-answered our many questions, and ultimately sold our house in 4 days for a cash offer of exactly what we asked for. The transition was flawless and 6 months later, we are now enjoying the last of our housewarming coffee subscription and all of what our cozy place has to offer! She's got Manitowoc in her bones. This is her back yard! 10/10 would recommend.
