        I have been going to the Aurora Medical Clinic ever since I moved here 3 years ago. Never had an issue until last night. My 4 month old sees one of the Peds there & was given his 2nd dose of shots. Needless to say we had the normal fussiness and crankiness that comes with it as well as a fever. Unfortunately that low grade fever turned into a 102 fever. Immediately I called the drs office where the answering service answered. They said someone would call me back. After an hour and no phone call I called back. They said I was in the system and in queue & someone would call. I said ok fine if it stays another hour like this I'll just take him to the ER. I got his fever to break with the help of a friend who is a nurse, but it is now 6am Saturday morning & still no phone call. I get that everyone is backed up due to Covid and other emergencies but 9 hours and no phone call is just insane. Disappointed thats for sure.
