I do not suggest Nsight Telservices. I informed Nsight Telservices that I'd like my upload speed raised. I was told by two employees that my upload speed could be raised to 10 upload. I was told it would cost $3.99 or $6.99 to the additional internet bill. I received a phone call stating that they could not raise my upload speed. Ever since I've had Nsight Telservices it appears that my download speed is not consistent. It should be at 20 download speed, however appears to drop down to 13.4 or 14.0 download speed randomly. The employees shouldn't have said that they could do it, then turn around and say that it is not possible.
Whenever I call Nsight Telservices about an issue it does get resolved then couple weeks later the issue continues. I feel that Nsight Telservices employees extremely lack at customer service, fulfilling customer needs & going out of their way for the customers.
I am hoping that eventually Nsight Telservices will provide better internet service to make the satisfaction of rural citizens that aren't capable of getting any other internet services.
