        Amanda is not nearly as friendly nor as knowledgeable as the agents we have had in the past. We get very little in the way of in depth explanations when we ask questions. We have family members who also have her as an agent and have found that she does not advocate for them at all when there are claims. This is soooooo different than what we have had since we moved to Manitowoc 35 years ago. We're looking to change agents.

        Amanda and the whole crew at Am Fam are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and treat you like family. They make insurance easy to understand and will take the time to explain everything to you. I also appreciate that they don't try to sell you coverage that you don't need. Highly recommend!
