Had kitchen & bathroom floors done in laminate end of June....not great, and no baseboards or trim, no room divide trim and that same day took pictures of all areas of concern. Store manager as friendly as can be yet nothing has been done, told in claims... 7 months later still nothing. Update- after I posted this review they reached out to me, they are now under a new store manager and the corporate office wanted to fix the issues. So after a few misses with contractor, he showed up and let's say finished the job started 10 months earlier. Much better, thanks Meegan F. & Bill L. for the final result.

Great customer service, and friendly staff! We love working with Dalton for our flooring needs... The big box stores just don't cut it.

Great selection! Good customer service. The day our carpet was installed it went fine until they left. I had to vaccum whole room and steps cause there were a ton of little pieces of carpet everywhere. Guess I thought they would clean up after they were done. Two months later the seam in a area that no one uses was coming up. Had to call the store and have the installer Matt come back out to fix it. Matt the installer never showed up. Didn't call or anything
