        I took out a loan(July) and called to pay off amount of loan in full for an increase. I was told from another lender(Cathy) that I was denied an increase for not having enough payment history with the loan store and the lender who issued the loan should have disclosed this before or at the time of signing agreement. It was nerve-wracking because the lender(Ana) did not disclose this piece of information from the start nor is it a disclaimer in the agreement. So I called back regarding this issue with Ana and she admitted via phone that she was at fault for not giving such disclosed information. Due to financial delayment I called( Aug 16th) ahead of time twice (before a default appeared on my account) requesting an "Extension" stated in the agreement. I was not giving an answer whether or not I was approved. I was told by lender(Ana) payment was taken out already. Cool, I was okay with that. Fast forward (August 29th) I called, I was told that I would have to give an exact date on when payment will be made and that I will still be late with occuring fees if not paid by scheduled date. As of today September 7th I returned a phone call from (Ana) the loan store and I felt dismissed. I was talked-over, talked to rudely and unprofessionally as if I had a degenerative intellect. I am highly disappointed. Once I pay off this loan I will no longer want to do any further business with this store or location. In the beginning its all sunshine until you question or request what is being disclosed or offered in the agreement (whilst explaining with reason)then you're giving statements of "I don't know what you're talking about" or "I can't understand anything you're saying" . Never again.
