I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership after having a good experience with a sales representative I bought a RAM 1500. After a month of owning this vehicle I noticed that my back floor board was soaked with water. I decided to take the recently purchased vehicle back to the shop, they told me that it's a common occurrence for water to get through the crack above the back windshield and it will cost me $2,300 to get it fixed. Even after they convinced me to buy the extended warranty that doesn't cover this issue. They knew that this is a common problem because they told me like 7 times when trying to tell me what was wrong with it but still didn't care about looking into it or fixing it before they sold me the vehicle. I not only had the window issue but also had my starter go out the second day of owning the vehicle, but me living in Appleton they told me there was nothing they could do. They refused to pay my deductible for my extended warranty, they refused to offer to tow my vehicle, this dealership is a joke and I feel sorry for anyone that purchases a vehicle from here.
