Bait and switch. Take it in for problem X, they try to convince you theres other repairs to be made, and if you dont allow them to fix the problems "they found", you have to pay them for "finding" it; rather than just doing the repairs it was originally taken in for.
Save your money, go somewhere with an appropriate level of transparency.
