I purchased my vehicle 2 days before dropping it off to be detailed so I know exactly it's condition and have photos. Whatever they put on the lcd screen damaged it badly. When my husband finally called they said they clean everything with pledge! Pledge is very bad for a vehicle, something that was used in the 70s for interiors and contains silicone.  The Interior was covered in a black greasy substance from Pledge over dirt. We now habe to replace the screen. It's an eyesore. We are trying to contact the BBB but I don't know even if they are even a registered business.

Unfortunately my car's screen was badly damaged during our detail. It wasn't mentioned at pick up. My husband is too nice to say something. We just purchased the vehicle so we have before pictures showing nothing on the screen. Update my husband finally called. They said they clean the interiors with Pledge! That is probably what ate away the top layer of the screen. They had no solution to the damage other than bringing it back. To "clean" it. We aren't driving 40 min for them to possibly make it worse.. the top is layer is gone. It's not something that can be fixed. It has to be replaced. Pledge should not be used in vehicles ! It is full of silicone and other chemicals. It was a common practice in the 70s when they was nothing else. And now I know why everything was covered in a black greasy film.
