        I had a wonderful 1st shopping experience at Maurice's West Towne on a Saturday afternoon. The mall parking lot was packed however a benefit to Maurice's being a destination store is a calm, personalized shopping experience. Thanks, ladies. I felt like I was shopping with my girlfriends. I'll come visit again soon.

        Enjoy shopping here. Was doing Christmas shopping at the time. Waited a bit longer than I normally would as wanted to get a gift card. Understanding conversation the gal had a issue with computer. Got the gift card and went on my way. Need to have more than 1 checker.

        Horrible customer service, they always give me a hard time if I try to return an online purchase to this store even though it's something they offer. I've stopped shopping here all together because I know if I need to make a return the lady is going to give me a hard time about it. I started shopping at the Platteville location because they never say anything to me about making a return in the store.
