        Went in to pick up our already scheduled rental and still had to wait another 35 minutes for it to be “ready”. The lady “pretended” to be on hold with someone on her phone for almost over 15 minutes. When asked if she could help us out in getting out the door quicker, she became upset and gave us “attitude”. She then called us a couple days after having the rental to “check in” and before I could even say, “we’re very happy with it”, she hung up on me. Never again will I go to this location and have to deal with this very rude lady.

        They provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It seems like they're employees are poorly trained because they had no idea how to do anything. They are inconsistent with pricing, they will tell you one thing over the phone and surprise you with hundreds of extra dollars in person. The manager seems to have emotional issues. She is condescending, inappropriate and not helpful. If you have any choice please do not go to this location. Its GARBAGE
