He was communicative and kept to his schedule and estimate. He and his team were also very clean, courteous, and just generally kind people while in my home as well. I hired Tilesmith for a small bathroom remodel and my only regret is that it took me so long to find them! I had reached out to various other companies for quotes/tiling work and was consistently ignored or ghosted after we'd already reached an agreement to move forward. After so many bad experiences it was such a relief to speak with Kyle/Tilesmith. From the beginning, Kyle was responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. The entire project went more smoothly than I ever imagined possible! The crew always arrived on time and kept me in the loop throughout. Whenever I had a question, I was able to text, call or email and get a quick response. I also really appreciated their flexibility working with my other contractors (plumbing, cabinetry, electrical), as well as their willingness to fit me in before the holidays! And finally, I can't say enough good things about the end result. Kyle really understood my vision and suggested beautiful trim/design ideas as things progressed. Because of this I never felt the need to micromanage anything. This was really important to me since there were lots of little details that were hard for me to fully plan out in advance. Now, do yourself a favor, stop reading reviews and hire Tilesmith immediately!
