To whom it may concern.
I made a appointment. Struggled through all the confirmation text. Uploaded my documents. I am not tech savvy. Technology challenged.
Got to my appointment 15 minutes early. Only to be told my tax specialist has been out for a couple days sick. The office receptionist tried to contact the specialist to no avail. Very unprofessional. Is H&R block a professional company. Not this location. Any kind of a heads up seem very basic. At the least get me in to a different location. Very poor customer service!
