Boxcar Birria Tacos

I was REALLY excited to find out that there was a restaurant, specializing in birria tacos. When I finally got the chance to try them today for delivery, I was sadly disappointed. I ended up getting the braised beef quesadilla instead of the tacos, my mistake but the problem was the broth. The taste was VERY light, watered down kinda way, all it did was make the quesadilla soggy while leaving a faint beef flavor. I was hoping for more depth of flavor because it tasted almost like there wasn't any consommé made for the beef broth and served JUST watered down beef broth for the dipping. On the other hand, the Yukon fries and the dipping sauce was great. I just with the broth had the same kinda flavor as the dipping sauce had.

Good food and solid birria, although its watered down sometimes. Yucca fries are CRISPY as hell, extremely tasty. The sweet potato and corn burrito was really tasty and Ive ordered so much from this place so far.
