Water Works Pool & Spa Service

I highly recommend Aaron and the team at Water Works Pool & Spa Service. My pool was a swamp after being neglected for a couple of years from the previous owner. I couldn't imagine ever letting my children into the pool, but after only 4 visits, it has been transformed and we've been in it a few times already this year. So professional, friendly and generous with their time for questions from a new pool owner.

Bought a new house with a hot tub and had no idea where to start. Yet after an informative session, the knowledgeable staff gave me a great overview on chemicals and upkeep. Highly recommend!!!

Aaron has the experience and knowledge to identify the problem and fix it. We had a motor go bad on our hot tub, and Aaron was able to eliminate other possible causes quickly. Because he knew going in what the likely cause was, he brought along a motor for our brand to be prepared. Sure thats smart and saves him another trip out with the part, but of course it allowed us to get our tub back up and running without additional delay. We experienced a very small leak after the motor was installed, and I contacted Aaron about it. He came back out reasonably fast and diagnosed the likely cause and fixed it quickly. Because the leak began after his initial work, he did not charge us for the second trip. Thats fair, but we wouldnt have known if he told us it was due to something else instead. In summary, Aaron is fair and honest, and he has solid knowledge and ability to get the job done right. We have no reason to call anyone else for all of our future needs.
