We have been submitting complaints on insurance claims for years to this organization. Dont think that filing a complaint to the insurance commissioners office will do anything because it does not. The insurance commissioners office is like the Better Business Bureau for insurance providers. All theyre going to do is take your complaint and ask for an answer from the insurance company and then theyre done with it. But this allows you to put paper trail on the claim and help your Property Owner with documentation for litigation . Again there is nothing that the insurance commissioners office is going to do ever.

These people dont respond what so ever filled a complaint months ago . No response. And several follow up calls to check on status on a claim . With false promises of somebody will get back to you in 48 hours

Don't waste your time on this office it is completely dysfunctional. I never asked them to resolve anything I put in a complaint that can be easily checked out. And their answer nine months later they never included any information from my complaint they only sent me all the false information from the American Family insurance.

I'm an insurance agent that moved to WI from IL. Moving my licenses was a complete and utter disaster. The two states could not work together. WI in addition had possibly the most useless service team I've ever encountered. Ultimately my licenses which I had for 10+ years were set up incorrectly. It became an issue when we tried adding a new company and they said I was only licensed for Personal lines P&C. The tests I took and the licenses I had in IL were for full fledged P&C commercial and personal lines. I emailed and called for months and kept being referred to a supervisor. The supervisor took months to respond, and by the response it was obvious that they didn't care and put zero effort in. Instead I was told nothing they can do and I need to just start over again. So now I'm taking a test that I took 10+ years ago and passed. But first I have to take the class which I sat through as well 10+ years ago. Evidently my time and fee's I've paid all this time were for nothing. Certainly not for an agency that could possibly help if they wanted too. Once again our tax dollars hard at work.
