        employee was very nice, kept my backpack and knew who it was and gave it back to me as soon as I walked back to get it, very good customer service and chill employee will shop here again

        Good spot for some wardrobe flair. Even though sales reps are incentivized youd never be able to tell. They make great hires there with people that are genuinely friendly.

        I went in today Saturday December 23rd at around 2:00 p.m. the mall was a zoo. I returned a hoodie that was shipped to me with a few small stain on it. It wasn't a big deal, but for $75 I wanted a first quality. The cashiers were all very friendly, and seemed in a great mood! The return couldn't have been easier, they exchanged it without having to involve a debit card or gift card refund, got me the same thing ordered online, which is exactly what I wanted, and they even did the online shop for me. And then they even gave me a new printed receipt a register receipt and my original receipt that I got with the product shipped to me. I couldn't have been more impressed with how thorough the transaction was, how seamless and painless it all was, and how incredibly over the top friendly the young lady and young gentleman were inside the store. The young lady had a smile on her face and made eye contact. The young gentleman in the store came around the register to check out my new Jordan's and matching fit i got from their store, and we talked about clothes. I thought it was so cool that they all seemed to be their authentic selves while still making it seem like they're just kicking it n having a great time. I felt like i was chillin with the homies. I honestly couldn't be more impressed. I will be back. Regularly. Lol. Excellent job Zumiez West!! Thank you.
