Closed a million dollar property with Jason ! This was my first time buying a property, but Jason made it easy.
We had lots of complications with our inspection contingency, that he helped navigate well those closely, due to the abundant experience he brings to the transaction. We had upwards of ten amendments, notices of defect, escrow arrangements, etc that he drafted without any upcharge.
He goes the extra mile to help you with the purchase, offering legal advice for liability protections, which is way more valuable than what you get with a real estate agent. Not once did I ever feel that he did not have time for my transaction. And his advice was always pointed and relevant. He also keeps track of the deadlines in your purchase offer, which we had many of due to the aforementioned complications.
We really got more than what we paid for. We saved tens of thousands of dollars following his recommendations. Your financial interests in the transactions are always his first priority.

Jason Greller helped me keep my sanity and helped me sell my home. I have no doubts that without Jason's help that I would have ended up paying for way more than was necessary. I was selling my home, and my realtor had almost no idea how to do their job. The buyers kept making unreasonable demands, and their realtor was not very skilled at his job either.
